1. Who we are

EuroTipHub (“we”) runs eurotiphub.com. We are based in Bulgaria and we are the controller for personal data processed through this site. Contact support@eurotiphub.com.

2. What this site actually does

The site publishes football tips, a public results record, and an archive of older articles. Reading it does not require an account. There is no public form for submitting tips, no checkout, and no subscription billed on this site.

We do not use Stripe, and we do not run analytics cookies. Older versions of this policy mentioned both. They are not part of this site.

3. Data we process

If you email support@eurotiphub.com, we have the address you wrote from and the message. If you use the EuroTipHub Telegram channel or bot, Telegram processes that under its own terms. We do not receive a copy of your Telegram profile just because you joined.

The host (Vercel) and, when the database is switched on, the database provider (Neon) process technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and request time so the site can run and be secured.

Operators who sign in to the admin page get an essential cookie that proves the session. Ordinary visitors do not get that cookie.

4. Why, and the legal basis

We process messages you send us to answer them (legitimate interests, or steps you asked for). We process host logs to keep the site available and to investigate abuse (legitimate interests). We do not sell personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles.

5. Cookies

Visitors get no analytics cookie and no advertising cookie. The only cookie this application sets is the admin session cookie, and only after a successful operator login. You can block cookies in your browser; the public pages still work.

6. How long we keep it

Support emails are kept long enough to deal with the thread, then deleted or reduced. Host logs follow the provider’s retention. The admin cookie lasts 12 hours. Published tips are a public record and stay up after they are settled.

7. Who we share it with

Processors acting for us: Vercel (hosting) and Neon (Postgres, when configured). Telegram, if you choose to open it, is a separate service. Some of these providers process data outside the EEA; where that happens they use the safeguards required by the GDPR. We do not sell your data.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email support@eurotiphub.com. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), or to the authority where you live.

9. Children

The site is for adults, 18 or over, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
