1. Acceptance
Using eurotiphub.com means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the legal age for gambling content where you live if that is higher. You are responsible for whether you are allowed to read betting content and to gamble where you are.
3. What the tips are
EuroTipHub publishes football analysis and tips for information. They are opinions. They are not betting, financial, or professional advice. We do not promise a profit, a strike rate, or a refund of a losing bet. Any bet is your decision, with your money.
4. The record
Settled tips stay on the site. Profit is shown in units. When a stake was recorded, that stake is used. When it was not, the tip is counted at 1 unit. We do not invent stakes that were never recorded. Tips with no odds are listed and left out of the units. Voids and pushes, when they happen, count as zero.
5. No liability for betting losses
To the fullest extent the law allows, EuroTipHub is not liable for losses — including betting losses — that come from using the site or relying on a tip. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
6. Affiliate links
Some links to bookmakers are affiliate links. If you open an account through one, we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. That does not decide which tips are published. Offers, eligibility, and licences are the bookmaker’s, and they change. Check them before you sign up.
7. Responsible gambling
Only stake money you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing harm, stop and get help. See the responsible gambling page for GambleAware (formerly BeGambleAware), GamCare, the UK National Gambling Helpline, GamStop, and Gambling Therapy.
8. No subscriptions on this site
This site does not sell a subscription and does not take card payments. There is no Stripe checkout. A private Telegram group may exist separately; it is not a payment product on eurotiphub.com, and this page does not describe billing terms that are not offered.
9. Intellectual property
The text, the record, and the design of the site belong to EuroTipHub unless a credit says otherwise. Do not copy them for your own tipster product without permission. Facts and scores are not something we claim to own.
10. Other sites
Bookmakers, Telegram, and other sites we link to have their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction, except where consumer law where you live says otherwise. We may update the terms; the date at the top is the current version. Contact support@eurotiphub.com.
